The prices shown on our website are tax-free in US Dollars, meaning you may need to cover duties and taxes upon receiving your order. It's your responsibility to settle these charges and taxes, as they won't be covered by us. We're not liable for delays caused by customs procedures in your country.

Clever Jewelry is delighted to cater to customers worldwide.

To expedite package delivery times, we maintain inventories in major cities globally. However, not all products are available in every inventory location. Consequently, your order may ship from an inventory that isn't nearby. We appreciate your patience in such cases, and rest assured, your product will reach you. Shipments are handled via USPS, ePacket, EMS, and all come with tracking numbers.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Kindly keep an eye on your inbox.

Shipment Packaging:

For logistical reasons, items within the same order may be dispatched in separate packages. As a result, you may receive your products in multiple shipments. Each package containing your product(s) will be accompanied by a shipping confirmation email. Please note that deliveries may occur at slightly different times.

We understand the importance of your order!

At Clever Jewelry, we offer package tracking for our customers. If the tracking indicates that your items have been delivered but you haven't received them, please first check around your neighborhood in case they were delivered to another address by mistake. It's also worth asking family members, roommates, or others who may have accepted the package on your behalf. Sometimes, packages are left with property managers or apartment offices.

If you haven't received your product and notify us within 7 business days after the expected delivery date, we'll investigate with the courier to determine the status of your package. If the courier confirms delivery but you still haven't located your package, Clever Jewelry cannot be held responsible.

However, if the courier reports that the package was undelivered, we'll reach out to you to discuss alternative arrangements for your order. This might involve resending the package or providing a full or partial refund of the amount paid.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurately filled out in English. Once an order is placed, the information is forwarded to our fulfillment team, which takes 1-2 business days to process. Subsequently, the fulfillment team sends tracking codes to the data entry team for updating and sends a shipping confirmation email to the customer. If any changes need to be made to the shipping address, please contact the Clever Jewelry Support Team at support@cleverjewelry.co within 12 hours of placing the order.

Please verify that all provided information is correct and in English before submitting the order to prevent potential mail losses or other mishaps.

NOTE: For customers who provide a shipping address different from their permanent address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels, or if the customer has moved from the provided address.

Clever Jewelry will not be held liable for undelivered orders due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We will only reship the order if it is returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost (depending on their preferred shipping method) plus processing fees ($4.99 USD) for reshipping the order. No refunds will be issued for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Once your items have been dispatched, we'll send a notification email to your registered email address. Typically, the tracking number becomes available within a few days of dispatch.

Please be aware that tracking information might not be activated until the product leaves its original country, often due to customs procedures. We appreciate your patience, and rest assured that tracking information will be updated as soon as possible.

Exchange & Returns

Clever Jewelry offers two types of items, each with slightly different refund policies:

Retail Items: These come with a full 60-day refund guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the item or it's defective, we'll either replace it at no extra cost to you or provide a full refund upon return.

* Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, refunds are not applicable since you're not paying for the item itself. While you cover the shipping cost, it's non-refundable as it's used for shipping the item.
